TradeUps Terms of Service

TradeUps is a software analytics platform for Counter-Strike 2 virtual item market data. We provide informational tools, pricing data, probability and math tools, validations, execution support, credits, and subscription access.

TradeUps does not sell, broker, custody, transfer, or exchange Counter-Strike 2 skins or other virtual items. Any decisions you make on Steam or other third-party platforms are your own.

The Services are provided for informational and software-use purposes only. TradeUps does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.

EV, ROI, win probability, float, price, liquidity, and listing information are probability-based estimates and analytics outputs. They may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or change quickly.

Counter-Strike 2 virtual item markets involve uncertainty, changing prices, availability constraints, third-party platform rules, execution slippage, and other market risk.

TradeUps does not guarantee profit, savings, successful fills, availability, market access, output quality, float outcomes, or any specific result from using the Services. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

Some features require sign-in through Steam. You are responsible for maintaining control over your account and for all activity that occurs through it.

You may not share accounts, impersonate others, create accounts for abuse, evade restrictions, or use the Services in a way that interferes with other users or our systems.

The Services may rely on Steam, Steam OpenID, Steam Market, Stripe, and other third-party services. TradeUps is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve or Steam unless expressly stated otherwise.

We do not control third-party platforms, APIs, listings, item availability, floats, prices, delays, outages, account restrictions, or policy changes. Third-party services may suspend or change functionality at any time.

TradeUps credits are digital access units usable only inside TradeUps for supported software features such as validations, executions, and certain premium access options.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn, are not redeemable for currency or virtual items, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Certain premium access plans are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel.

To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe or other payment providers we may use. Digital access may begin immediately after purchase or after payment confirmation, depending on the feature.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, refunded, or charged back, we may suspend or revoke related credits, premium access, or account access to protect the Services and recover losses.

Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You may not scrape, mirror, bulk export, resell, repackage, or commercially redistribute our data, outputs, APIs, pages, or software without our written permission.

You may not bypass limits, automate abusive traffic, create duplicate accounts for abuse, probe or attack our APIs or infrastructure, reverse engineer protected areas, or interfere with the Services or other users.
