TradeUps Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 7, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of TradeUps digital credits, subscriptions, and related software access. Because TradeUps provides digital software access and account-based features, refunds are limited.
Credits
Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Credits are digital access units for use only inside TradeUps and are not redeemable for cash or virtual items.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund prior charges already billed.
Subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
Digital Access Begins Immediately
Digital access to TradeUps features may begin immediately after purchase or after payment confirmation. Once access, credits, or subscription benefits are delivered or activated, refunds are generally not available except where required by law.
Discretionary Refunds
In limited cases, TradeUps may choose to issue a refund, credit, or account adjustment at its discretion. Any such decision is case-specific and does not obligate us to provide similar refunds in the future.
